Hi, I'm Ashley, a dedicated and experienced therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, and couples/family therapy. With a passion for helping individuals heal and grow, I have developed a comprehensive skill set over the past seven years.
In my virtual practice, I prioritize creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their trauma, anxiety, or relationship challenges. Monday: 4:30-7:00pm
Tuesday: 4:30-7:00pm
Wednesday: 4:30-7:00pm
Thursday: 5:30-6:30pm
Weekend or other evening hours may be considered with request.
